Seas Prestige 8" Woofer CD22RN4X H1192

Double treated, hard paper cone designed to be very stiff without losing the damping capability, together with a natural rubber surround produce a well behaved roll off characteristic and reduce potential resonance problems.

Large magnet system with bumped back plate together with a long 4-layer voice coil gives long linear excursion. The magnet system has a T-shaped cross section of the pole piece for low modulation distortion.

Extremely stiff and stable injection moulded metal basket keeps the critical components in perfect alignment. Large windows in the basket both above and below the spider reduce sound refl exion, air flow noise and cavity resonances.

  • ΓΈ145mm large ferrite magnet and 8mm top plate are employed. Besides, the copper cap is adapted onto the pole piece to reduce the magnetostriction.
  • HR shape cone diaphragm is employed to realize the weight saving and stiffness property.
  • The state-of-the-art hybrid material is offered to the diaphragm. Its ideal internal loss and stiffness bring the propagation velocity similar to the near-metal diaphragm
  • UDR tangential surround & spider are  equipped to realize the less anti-resonance and superior amplitude characteristic.
  • The foamed rubber is chosen for the surround material. It has the lower density, lighter weight and higher internal loss characteristic than the conventional rubber and the foamed rubber surround has the low young's modulus and less eigentone.
SB Acoustics SB29RDCN-C000-4 Neo Magnet, Ring Dome
SB29RDCN-C000-4-sm.jpg
This tweeter features a proprietary fabric ring dome with a large roll surround. Stabilizing the center of the dome greatly reduces distortion and brings the acoustic center of the tweeter back to the voice coil, with the added benefit of increased sensitivity. The tweeter has a chambered back designed to provide a lower resonance frequency and reduce back wave reflections from the dome. A copper cap is used on the pole piece.
SB Acoustics SW26DAC76-8 Shallow 10" Subwoofer

  • Unique dual mirrored aluminum cone
  • Very shallow profile (could be used in-wall)
  • 3" diameter voice coil
  • Long throw
  • Cast frame
