AuraSound Speakers
AuraSound, Inc. is an audio company specializing in the production of high SPL, bass-rich, low distortion sound from compact transducers. AuraSound owns, manufactures and sells products based on proprietary NRT® Drivers, BassShakers™, and Line Source™ tweeters.
Today, an integral part of product development is listening to dealers and customers and developing products based on changing market dynamics. AuraSound's speaker lab, testing and assembly facility in the U.S. houses engineering and design teams including industry experts worldwide. Standardized test devices built and designed in our facility assure quality control in all of our various manufacturing facilities. By designing quality products and closely monitoring production, we have been able to reduce warranty related returns to well below industry norms.
NRT Subwoofers
Originally introduced by Aura as the 1808, the AuraSound loudspeaker transducers are considered by many audio enthusiasts and specialty loudspeaker manufacturers to be the best available. From the miniature NSW1 Cougar to the enormous NS18 woofer, all feature AuraSound's patented NRT magnet structure for maximum fidelity with life-like dynamics and minimal distortion. Magnetic shielded is inherent in the NRT magnet structure.

Specialty Transducers - Extended Range Drivers
AuraSound Specialty Transducers are unique products that have evolved from the legendary AuraSound 1808 sub woofer and benefit from recent AuraSound research and development into small transducers utilizing patented NRT and Whisper technologies. AuraSound transducers are considered by many audio enthusiasts and specialty loudspeaker manufacturers to be the best available, bar none. From the miniature NSW1 "Cougar" to the enormous NRT18 woofer, all feature AuraSound's patented NRT magnet structure for maximum fidelity with life-like dynamics and minimal distortion. Magnetic shielded is inherent in the NRT magnet structure.
AuraSound's Whisper technology embodied in the NSW1 and NSW2 features large voice coil, miniature speakers which have excellent excursion and high power handling and surprising bass performance for their diminutive size.
