Placing an Order
Before Ordering
If you are unsure about the products you want to order, it is better to call and talk with a salesperson. Our staff is knowledgeable and we can help you make the right choice. It has been our experience that almost every sale involves some form of consultation, and we are here to help you.

- Order by email
- Use the online catalog to decide what you need and simply send us an e-mail with a list of parts and your estimated total, along with your complete name, telephone number, shipping and email addresses. Once we have your information on file, we can accept orders by e-mail, just mention that your credit card information is on file.
- Send all orders or inquiries to info@madisound.com. Due to our small staff and the large volume of inquiries Madisound receives we are usually a day or two behind. Please be patient.
- If you have an urgent order please say so in the subject line of your e-mail. If you would like to purchase products via e-mail using your credit card, you will first need to contact us by phone or fax with your credit card number and shipping information.
After Ordering
Once your order is placed, it will be entered into our system by a salesperson. We will contact you if we have any questions about the order or if anything is out of stock. If your order is time sensitive, it would be best to phone or fax in the order.
Orders for Pickup
If you are in the area and would like to pick up products at our office location please give us a call a day or two in advance to arrange payment and so we can have the products ready for you.
Discontinued Products
Madisound often stocks discontinued products as a service for our customers. When we run out, the product will no longer be available.
