Having heard the Madisound name and nothing but good regarding the company's reputation many times over the years, I felt fairly safe ordering from them even though I had never purchased from them previously. On a lark, I called to confirm my order and spent a few enjoyable moments chit-chatting. It's obvious the Madisound people are professionals who truly love what they do, and take the job of creating satisfied customers very seriously. My order arrived on time, the components were exactly as described, and everything was very safely packed in completely recyclable paper and cardboard. I highly recommend Madisound, and I'll be purchasing from them again in the future. And I wish every retailer would take a leaf from their book: Be really good to the customers you serve and stay focused on your business.

I wanted to thank you for the recommendation on the Peerless driver. After I broke them in for a day, the sound was completely seamless and it integrated into the tweeter like as if the designer meant it. I even began hearing detail in the music that was never there. I'm actually a little jaded by this experience, as I wonder if these "audiophile" speakers are really worth the value they claim. How does a $58.00, 5-1/4" driver bring a pair of $2,500 monitors back to better than new? Anyway, thanks again, I'll be recommending Madisound and your expertise in the future. Best regards.

Way back in 1992 I bought a very nice pair of 2-way speakers from Madisound, they are finished in black, are 5.25 x 8 x 12, and produce very nice sound for the $150 or so they cost back then. Finally, after 16 years, I need to replace one of the woofers (not your fault) and I am pleased to see you carry the exact replacement after all these years. Your company has withstood the test of time and I thank you.

Thank you so much for helping me with this order. I can finally finish my project. In the UK, home DIY speaker construction is completely unheard of and it is always hard to source decent parts. I feel I must also thank you for stocking Hi-Vi parts now. I have been a keen fan of Hi-Vi for several years and it is again very pleasing to finally see a viable way of me getting these parts in the UK.
